Senatore Cappelli durum wheat spaghetti with smoked tench and lemon
Recipe for 4 people
- 250 g of Senatore Cappelli durum wheat spaghetti
- 150 g of chopped and already clean smoked tench (from Trasimeno lake)
- 30 g of butter
- Evo olive oil
- 1 organic lemon
- Parmesan cheese as you like
- Chopped chives or parsley
Process
Warm up the water and cook the spaghetti
In the meantime, place the tench in a fry pan with butter. Leave the fish to dry for about 3 minutes.
Drain the spaghetti al dente and stir-fry with the tench sauce.
Remove from the flame, and grate the lemon peel.
Serve with herbs and a drizzle of olive oil as much as you like along with a dusting of parmesan cheese and pepper.
