Organic spelt fusilli with white ragù
Recipe for 4 people
- 250 g of organic spelt fusilli
- 200 g of minced beef
- A little onion
- Half of a celery stalk
- Half a carrot
- Half a glass of white wine
- A little branch of rosemary
- Evo olive oil
Make the ragù by cooking the meat in a warm fry pan with olive oil. Fry and add the finely chopped onion, celery and carrot. Blend with white wine.
Add salt and pepper as you like. Once fried add the chopped rosemary. Cook the pasta along with the white ragù and serve. Add a dusting of parmesan cheese to your liking.
