Senatore Cappelli organic pennette with broccoli and pancetta
Recipe for 4 people
- 250 g of organic pennette
- 250 g of broccoli
- 150 g of pancetta
- Evo olive oil
- Pepper
- Grated goat cheese
Process
Prepare the water to cook the pasta and add salt to it. Clean the broccoli. Cut the pancetta into strips and fry them. Remove the oil from the pancetta
Divide the broccoli into florets and put them in boiled water. After 5 minutes, add the pennette. Drain “al dente” and stir-fry with pancetta and vegetables. If necessary, add the oil generated from the pancetta.
Serve with a dusting of pepper and goat cheese as you like
