Organic spelt lily with the rapi from the lake Trasimeno
Recipe for 4 people
- 250 g of organic spelt lilies
- 500 g of rapi from the lake of Trasimeno
- Evo olive oil
- Chilly pepper
- One clove of garlic
Warm up the water and cook the pasta.
Clean and wash the rapi.
Cook the rapi in boiled water and after 5 minutes add the lilies.
Fry the chilly pepper and the finely chopped clove of garlic with olive oil.
Drain the pasta with the vegetables and fry them.
Serve as you like, preferably with a dusting of parmesan cheese.
